Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific states due to federal, state, or agricultural regulations.
If a product cannot legally be shipped to your location, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
Direct-From-Grower Fulfillment
To provide a larger selection of products and maintain plant quality, many orders ship directly from our partner growers and nurseries across the United States.

Receiving separate shipments is normal and does not indicate that an item is missing.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available.
Some seed orders may be shipped using standard mail, flats, or envelope services that do not include tracking.
For orders with tracking, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The absence of tracking on certain seed shipments does not indicate that an order has not been shipped.

Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, replacements, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Live Plants and Seasonal Appearance
Plants are living products and may arrive in different stages depending on season, climate, and growing conditions.
Plants may arrive:

Temporary shipping stress may include:

These conditions are normal and generally recover with proper care.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

Refused deliveries

Failure to collect held packages

Failure to update shipping information before shipment
If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost Packages

We ask customers to allow reasonable transit time before reporting a package as lost.
For tracked shipments, carrier investigations may be required before any resolution is considered.
For non-tracked seed shipments, delivery estimates are not guarantees and transit times may vary significantly depending on postal conditions.
